Hi all,
Our library is seriously looking into hiring a custodian as part of our staff instead of contracting out cleaning services. While we are hoping to hiring someone with experience, one of my board members mentioned having to provide MSDS sheets and specialized training modules. I've poked around on the osha website, but some of it makes my head spin. Can someone explain it to me like I'm 5? What do I need to provide, how to provide it, etc. Assistance is much appreciated. Thank you!
