Two young teens were arrested December 6, accused of attacking and robbing a special-needs man last week at the Dayton (Ohio) Metro Library’s Northwest branch.The November 28 attack was caught on camera,
which led to the arrest of two boys, ages 14 and 15, according to Dayton police. Police said the victim suffered minor injuries in the attack.
