A while back libraries participating in TFOP received an email from the IRS alerting us that 2014 Form 8635, the one we use to order tax forms for the library, would arrive via email in September.  Obviously, we did not receive the form.  IRS now "anticipates" that the form will be emailed "within two weeks."
