[Michlib-l] Looking for help cataloging foreign language titles.

Greetings, all. I have a small special collection of foreign language children's literature books and I am stumped on how to catalog them? Can anyone give me a hand? I already looked into OCLC contract cataloging and that won't really work for my purposes.
