Hello Everyone,

 

I am emailing to see if I could get some samples of what you use for staff evaluations.  We currently have self appraisals for staff members but don't have an evaluation form for the director to review staff.  I was hoping to get a few templates to get an idea for how to formulate one.  We are a class III library, if that is a variable in forming one.  I am also curious if there is forms for different positions or if they are all uniform regardless of position.
