Good morning!
Board members are invited to holiday and retirement gatherings, which seems pretty standard. I'm wondering about what other libraries do with board at staff events--staff meetings, staff training days, etc. Do they want to attend? Are they invited? What do they/are they expected to, contribute to the event?
