Good morning,

I’m interested in policies/procedures from libraries regarding the use of outdoor electronic signs.  For example, do you only advertise library/Friends events?  Do you allow groups using library meeting rooms to advertise on the electronic sign?  What about  events that may not be occurring in the library or on the library grounds but may benefit the community as a whole?  Do you ever charge for use of the electronic sign? 

I understand local ordinances may direct much of this policy, but we are interested in successes (and challenges) in sign use.
