Hello!
I did this at my last library. We opened the calendar up about 6 months in advance and it was very popular for the most part. There was a one or two months (sometimes) that were not taken, which we offered to staff or used stuff from the library. Customers
signed up and we had them sign an agreement about displaying things and that we were responsible, etc. They had to be picked up on a specific day and they would schedule that with the display person so we would have the key available as they were in locked
display cases. The really popular ones were the ones that had some information along with their items, like history or what it was, etc.
I hope that helps.

Hello again library land,
Are there any libraries out there that have a space for patrons of all ages to display things they collect? Is that old-fashioned? Something where patrons sign-up for a month and can display their items, i.e. teacups, lego creations, beanie babies (are they
still a thing, I wonder?!), shot glasses, etc.
If you do offer this, how do you manage it?
Thank you,
Isabella Rowan, MLIS
