I highly recommend Detroit-based poet Brittany Rogers! We had her last year for a virtual teen poetry workshop and I was so impressed with her. She’s really easy to work with/talk to and she is great with a teen audience. (I think she teaches at Cass Tech.) The teens wrote their own poem during the workshop and she structured it around self-portraits in poetry. Her email is brittanyerogers@gmail.com<mailto:brittanyerogers@gmail.com> and you can find her on Instagram, too: https://www.instagram.com/brittanyerogers/?hl=en Have a good New Year! I was wondering if anybody knows of a good poetry presenter for a virtual poetry program. Our library was looking for one for our spring programming in April for Poetry Month and I don't have any in my lists. I look forward to your responses!
