We have been using Wix for years and are very happy with them. They have an accessibility prompt that asks you when you add something like a flyer if you want to make it accessible (if you didn't already). It also fills in the accessibility piece automatically if you create the content on site. We switched at the time we had to start paying for Ploud and at that time Wix was about the same cost as Ploud. I cannot recommend Streamline enough. They were (are still!) wonderful to work with. Customer support is great, and they implement features when requested (or are working on them). I've got the 2nd highest tier, which has most of the bells and whistles, and it's really easy to work with.
Since switching from ploud and moving to Streamline, we've been able to implement newsletters, online program registration forms, and just so much more and so much easier to use.
They are now offering PDF/doc support as well, but we do that in-house thanks to a great staff member.
