[Michlib-l] Book Scanning systems?

Is anyone familiar with the DLSG book scanners?  I am very technologically challenged but would like to hear from libraries that have them and if they are used a lot and for what purpose.  Copyright issues involved?  Any help in understanding this would be appreciated.  I received a call from a DLSG rep this morning about a promotional thing they are doing with small libraries.  Thanks for any help you can give!   Lois Hartman Watervliet District Library
