Good morning, Christy,

I have attached copies of the Library's agreements with the City of Roseville (as a PA 164 Library), 2012 and 2014:
Employee Leasing Agreement (we are City employees leased to Library and the Library pays all salaries and benefits), Fiscal Agency Agreement and Building Lease.  The lease and Fiscal Agency fees have not increased, however utilities and maintenance fees have increased.    A list of the services that the City Controller's office provides for the Library in exchange for a Fiscal Agent fee is listed in Exhibit A.

We pay $120,000 per year to lease this building, $52,000 for services mentioned in Exhibit A, utilities and certain building maintenance costs.

I hope this helps.

Best,

Jackie

Subject: [Michlib-l] Rent and Fee's

Good morning,
If you are a Class 1 or 2 Library and have the time I am currently looking for information on if your Municipality owns your building and if you pay rent. If so how much do you pay? The second part of this is, do you pay administrative fees to the accountant at the municipality, and again if so how much do you pay and exactly what does your accountant do for you?
Thank you so much for your time and feedback.
