This is a Zoom meeting when public library land can ask library law questions like:
“Is it considered theft of government property if the government-owned work laptop of a public employee on FMLA leave is confiscated by the employee’s spouse so the employee can’t “work?”… (Just asking
for a friend…) 😉
I will be on leave, but luckily, this installment of Library Law Office Hours will be hosted by none other than:
