I am looking for information about negotiating paid maternity/parental leave for a Director position.
How did you set up agreements for how to handle communications and tasks during that time? Did you set up an adjusted work schedule for in-office hours or have work from home flexibility? What was your method and frequency for check in? Is an interim
needed or necessary?
