This is a follow up to see if we missed anyone during the first round.

We have a good number of responses, but if you missed this query the first time, please consider completing this. We are interested in input from Library's that do NOT have Makerspaces, and perhaps why if you are in that category as well.

I am sending this questionnaire on behalf of the Guild of Library Makers: A group of local libraries in Michigan who act as a mutual aid organization whose goal is to see the proliferation of makerspaces in libraries and to support those makerspaces.

We are attempting to gather information on Makerspaces in Libraries here in Michigan to help everyone better understand what kind of makerspaces, equipment, and demand exists for makerspaces in the state.

It would be most helpful if you could complete our questionnaire, even if you don't have a makerspace or makerspace equipment.
