We're nearing the end of the process working with the Facilitation Center at Eastern Kentucky University (http://facilitation.eku.edu/). They are doing an excellent job. They conducted focus groups and executive interviews with the campus community, worked with our staff on a SWOT analysis, and helped us develop mission, vision, values, goals and now strategies and action plans. They aren't library experts, but brought someone in to add library expertise to the consultation. Leslie A.
