After several tries at copying, cutting, pasting, copying and then crying, I copied each row of pictures at 65%, cut the rows to the same size, used a glue stick to hold them back-to-back in numerical order and then laminated them. I tried several ways to hold them together and currently this chain allowed them to lay the flattest in the book. It's not perfect but I needed to get it out on the floor. Had the images not been so integral to the story, I would not have gone to the effort. I'm currently looking for a stick-on slip that I can put on one of the inside flaps to slide them into like a CD. I will update if I am able to improve the system. Thank you for all the suggestions! You library peeps are the best!
