Happy Friday! My annual meeting is coming up, so I'm hoping to compile some information to present to my board in regards to wages for myself and staff, as well as vacation days. Class I libraries, or libraries with part-time directors, what have you found to be a fair wage for your work, and for your part-time staff? How many vacation / personal days do you receive annually?
