The Library of Michigan collects evaluation feedback of our services each year so we can provide data to the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) as a requirement of our Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funding grant.

Our 2021 spring survey covers the following programs:

· Michigan Public Library Trustee Manual

· Public Library Financial Management Guide

· Counting Opinions' LibPas (Annual Report)

· Niche Academy

· WebJunction

· United for Libraries

· Ploud

· Support services provided by E-Rate Central

If you or your library have participated in or used the programs/services above in the previous 12 months, please take a moment to give us very brief feedback using the survey link below.  You can submit a response for one or more of the programs/services listed above.
