Hello Everyone, We are having difficulties getting our financial software Sage transferred into QuickBooks. I wanted to reach out to see if anyone has had a similar experience and how you worked it out. A little background - we originally purchased QuickBooks in Summer 2024 and then things happened, so we didn't transfer Sage at that time. Now we are experiencing a situation where we are trying to transfer, and QuickBooks is saying that we are already an established business. It is acting like migrating the information is only available as a "new" business. We started to speak with our Auditors about this and do plan to continue to do so, but our last interaction was in the middle of tax season, so we understand that it was not a good time for them.
