There will be a FREE 45 minute webinar discussing the Fair Use under U.S. Copyright Law (17 USC), as it pertains to Public Libraries.
I will be discussing the Four Elements of Fair Use and how Libraries can analyze these elements to get a sense of whether an intended use is likely to be considered “Fair Use” under current copyright law.
After this webinar, participants may expect to :
