[Michlib-l] Library classification and millage question

Hello all, I attended the millage law webinar put on by the library of Michigan and I am trying to get some more information. During the webinar Anne Seurynck mentionioned millage limitations based on library classification. Can I get some information about what type of library you are (City, District, other?) and at what millage rate you are levying?
