My Board and I are in the process of reviewing and possibly changing our by-laws to be more current than 1985 (ha).  My Board President wanted me to ask any other Class I, Level 4 libraries if they would be willing to share their by-laws so we can get some insight/ideas as we review/make changes to ours.
