[Michlib-l] Partnering w/ Health Department to Distribute Condoms

We are looking into participating in the Wear One campaign put on by our County health department to encourage residents to use condoms to prevent STDs. This would involve us leaving a bin in a public location with discreetly packaged condoms/educational literature inside.
