FINANCIAL ANALYST/HR ASSISTANT

 

The Bay County Library System is looking for a full time detail oriented individual who can multi-task in a fast paced work environment. The individual must have excellent people and communication skills. 

 

This position is responsible for the processing of all aspects of the automated payroll, general ledger recording and accounts payable functions, as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.  This position coordinates and performs all of the Human Resource functions, (i.e. health insurance, dental insurance, workman's comp.)  Experience with MAS 90 Accounting Software is a plus.  Supervises two part time employees. 

 

Salary & Benefits - salary range $33,777 - $40,514, health insurance, dental insurance, 401k/457 deferred comp, vacation days, personal days and sick days.

 

Experience & Qualifications - four year college degree with a major in accounting or business school degree in accounting.  Minimum 2 years of payroll and/or human resource experience.  Must possess excellent math, typing and computer skills.
