I am hoping one of my colleagues has already gone through this and has some words of wisdom.  I am waiting for legal counsel to provide some guidance.

My library currently has two handicap parking spots.  I have an employee who needs one of the two spots.  How have you handled this?  I am thinking about adding additional handicap parking spots, but then should I assign her one? Label it for staff only?
