My computer was infected with the malware-which has now been removed via Malwarebytes-but it spoofed my email address and used my contacts to send out the attachments. The email was never hacked, though I do recommend changing your password and using 2 factor authentication if you can. My virus scan was clear, but I recommend doing a scan for both viruses and malware if you're concerned.
