All, Congratulations! You did it! Per the subject line of this message, on Saturday, December 28 the number of Michigan Activity Pass checkouts seven months into Year 2, surpassed the TOTAL number of checkouts during the full 12 months of MAP Year 1. Keep up the great work, everyone! In the days leading up to the holidays my TLN colleague Brigette and I had a very positive conference call discussion with our potential partners for the huge expansion of MAP to which we have made reference in the past. I am confident that we will be able to share with you the great news regarding a bigger and better than ever MAP program, in early 2015. I am also planning to forward a copy of this message to said potential partners. I can tell you that they will be very pleased to hear that the MAP program has achieved such phenomenal growth in Year 2, and that librarians statewide from Calumet to Carleton, from Marquette to Monroe, and from Sault Ste. Marie to South Haven, are fully on board with their support for the MAP program. TLN would like to say "thank you" to all of you for your support for and promotion of, the Michigan Activity Pass program in Year 2.
