I received a welcome reminder that, as part of your planning, you may wish to check with your liability insurer and make sure you are covered if any issues arise as a result of the tasting.

And

I meant to, but neglected to add that you should also check your local municipal ordinances to ensure that alcohol is not prohibited in a public building (which may include a library).
