Sorry to be so late posting this reminder. Started composing several times last week, but kept getting diverted to (virtual) fires.

Ken Bertin has been sharing his love of astronomy since he was in grade school. This month he will show how an eclipse happens. This will help everyone start thinking about the total solar eclipse that should be visible from near Michigan next year. (This means that most of Michigan should be able to see a partial solar eclipse that day.)

DPL is continuing our fruitful partnership with WSU's planetarium.

Tuesday, March 28
6:00-7:30 p.m.

The program will be recorded, and should be available on the Detroit Public Library YouTube channel within a few weeks. We now have a virtual channel just for the astronomy programs: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLHCrv13qTiAU4BjhNOXuoj-Y7l5nBgr9w
