Hello

I reached out to  a contact for the State Tax forms and this was the reply:  

One of our forms was expected to deliver to our mailing house last Friday. They are currently fulfilling shipments. You can expect your delivery as soon as this week or as late as mid-February depending where you are on their list.

 

We apologize for the delay, we had to wait for DHHS to set a percentage on that last form. All forms are posted online at https://www.michigan.gov/taxes.
