If anyone is interested in the annual Canada Reads competition, the shortlist was announced Wednesday, 1/23 https://www.cbc.ca/books/canadareads/meet-the-canada-reads-2020-contenders-1.5433115 and there are some amazing titles and defenders in this grouping.  Also, my colleague Shauna Quick and I have a podcast (iTunes, podbean, etc.) and an IG page, Canada Reads American Style, and would love to have you join us!  We’ve been fortunate to interview three longlist authors from 2019 and we have another in the works.
