Good morning, everyone –

John French from the MSU Abrams Planetarium gave a fascinating presentation at our library last night.  He had a multifaceted program, enthusiastically presenting wealth of information on the eclipse: what to do/not do in viewing the eclipse; where to go to view it best; how to understand what is actually happening…

He was engaging and got rave reviews from the audience, and he was also generous enough to give away a number of free passes to the planetarium.

It is, of course, a bit late for programming before this eclipse, but I highly recommend him for presentations exploring the topic of the solar system and outer space.  He was delightful.
