I don't even know what MIWAM is so I'm gonna say that's a "no" for me. I feel for you though, sounds very annoying.

Does everyone in library world get a call from MIWAM, every month, asking how many employees we have? How many are women?
This has been going on for years. I do not recollect this at my past job, nor any other businesses that I have worked for.
