NEW! First Amendment Audits and Situational Preparedness for Frontline Library Staff, June 2 – June 29

First amendment audits, whereby self-described auditors record and publish footage of library workers and patrons, are on the rise along with book challenges. It is imperative that library workers learn how to react to First Amendment audits, upset patrons, and other escalated situations. This course will better prepare you to thrive in the new library landscape that we encounter on a daily basis.
