[Michlib-l] Single Author Event plus B&N Book Fair

I'm looking to host a single author at our library this fall and he requires an outside bookseller to come in to sell his books at this event. I contacted B&N and they're offering to do a "Book Fair" set-up for us that would give us 10% back of whatever is sold at the event. Has anyone done this "Book Fair" collaboration with B&N at their library before? How exactly does it work? Any suggestions/experiences are welcome!
