Hi all, 

A young patron came in asking about a book she recently checked out and couldn't remember the title. For the life of me I cannot seem to figure out the book and I'm hoping someone on here might know. 

Here's the info she gave me:

It's a children's book
A collection of scary stories 
One story was about the Baby Blue urban legend
Another story was about a monster in a forest 
NOT a chapter book
She said the size and shape was similar to a picture book, but that it was for older kids.

Does this ring a bell for anyone?
