[Michlib-l] Video and Audio setup for meeting spaces

Hi Everyone! We're looking into updating some of the technology for our meeting spaces. Currently we have a portable projector, speaker, and laptop but no video capability. We want to see what other libraries might have in regards to meeting rooms that integrate video cameras, and audio systems. The general thought is that the space would be able to hold video conferences, as well as livestream performances, or record board meetings etc. Thanks so much!
