Maine State Library study finds that Librarian is one of the most trusted professions – read the post from the Library Research Service out of Colorado State Library
and Department of Education here:
“A recent survey by
the Maine State Library shows that librarians are the second most trusted professionals out of the 22 professions studied.” Only nurses ranked a few points higher in the Maine survey than librarians.
