At Gale, we are committed to meeting the needs of our customers and users. We recognize how hard everyone is working to rapidly respond to the changing conditions around you—considering the health and safety of your learners first, followed by a focus on continuity of curriculum—and we want to help. To support librarians and educators as they navigate a rapid shift to virtual learning and across many communities, as well as the physical closure of public and K-12 libraries and academic campuses and their libraries, we have launched a COVID-19 resource center.  Everyone can immediately start using and sharing, for free:

• Resources: Interdisciplinary, curriculum aligned resources to support online learning from pre-K through undergraduate 
• Training: Live and on-demand training materials to help partners optimize their existing resources 
• Supporting Online Learning: Professional development eBooks to help those transitioning to and strengthening virtual learning 
• Expert Insights: Authoritative Gale resources to support research on health-related topics and global issues 

Regarding Cengage Higher Ed: Gale reps. cannot help directly, but a resource page has been established which will help you locate your Cengage representative to enable the following resources:

• Free Access to Unlimited: We will be providing free access to our entire catalog - all of our online learning platforms and eTexts - through Cengage Unlimited, through end of term, to any student in any class at any US college that has been impacted by COVID-19.
• Support Transition to Online: We will complement that offering with services and resources to back up educators as they change the way they teach.
• Free Access to eBooks: As part of our mission to help as many students as we can, we are also participating in free eBook access programs being offered by our partners VitalSource and RedShelf.
