The Friends of the Plymouth District Library will welcome retired U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes to speak on Thursday May 12 at 7 pm. After the City of Detroit filed the largest municipal bankruptcy in U.S. history Judge Rhodes was appointed to proceed over the hearings. His leadership helped the grand bargain become a reality.
