Hi Kate, Crawford County Library's pto is based on number of hours worked. Here's part of what's in our policy manual: "Salaried and full-time employees shall earn vacation days (1 day = 8 hours) on a monthly, prorated basis in accordance, beginning after the first anniversary of employment, with the following schedule: One (1) year through four (4) years full time of service 10 Days Five (5) years or more of full time of service 15 Days Part-time employees shall earn vacation days (1 day = 8 hours on accrual basis of one vacation day per 208 hours worked beginning after the first anniversary of employment."
