Hello everyone,

I am the new Interim Director at the Benton harbor Public Library and I have a question about the Open Meetings Act.  I know that a draft of the most recent board meeting minutes must be made available to the public within 8 days of the meeting, but I know there was an addendum to the act that specified instructions for draft minutes on a website, does anyone have that information?  I've misplaced the copy of it that our former director gave me.
