The State Law Library is pleased to announce the opening of the Ingham County Legal Self-Help Center.  The Self-Help Center is located within the State Law Library and offers the public access to a private room with high speed internet access where Navigators can help the public use the Michigan Legal Help website. 

 

We would like to invite you to the Grand Opening of the Ingham County Legal Self-Help Center on Monday, October 21, 2019 at 3:30 p.m.  An invitation to the Grand Opening is attached.  Please contact LMLawLib@michigan.gov with any questions.  Please feel free to pass on the invitation to anyone you think would be interested.

 

Visitor parking for the Library of Michigan is located south of the building with a $1 per hour fee, with a maximum of $8 per day. A credit card is required for entry, and payment is made upon exit. Visa, MasterCard and Discover will be accepted.  Visitors should approach on Kalamazoo Street and turn north onto the circle drive to enter the visitor parking lot.  Additionally, metered parking is available on Kalamazoo Street, and a limited amount of 2-hour parking is available on Butler Street to the west of the building.
