[Michlib-l] Do any libraries use Social workers at their Library ?

hello, today I was trying to help a patron get assistance with his utility bills. I tried contacting various organizations and it occurred to me that I had read about Social Workers working in the library to help clients. Out of curiosity, does anyone have a Social worker that comes into their library? Any information would be helpful. Thanks in advance for the responses!
