I've looked at Board Docs for a public school system but the price, even for their 'lite' version seemed steep. 

Another solution to ponder would be Google Apps. You can easily set up a site, add the agenda, and also give access to archived agendas. Best of all, free!

Are any libraries utilizing a software solution to create “paperless” board packets?  I know that we can simply create PDF packets and e-mail them, but am wondering about something that will allow us to create a virtual agenda that is accessible throughout the month and accessible to the public as well.
