We have recently had a board member resign and I am wondering what sort of criteria have other boards used when appointing a replacement? Do you advertise in the paper? Ask for a letter and/or resume? Schedule rigorous interviews? Any advice would be appreciated!Thanks in advance and have a great weekend!
