As of Thursday, only four libraries are reporting still closed due to the ice storm: Mackinaw (will open on Friday), Otsego, Cheboygan and the Fairview branch of Oscoda. Four other libraries did not respond, so are assumed closed: Wolverine, Indian River, Topinabee and Beaver Island.
