Do you need to know:
- If the library has a duty to ensure that the outdoor March is Reading Month story hour of “The Runaway Bunny” isn’t concluded with an appearance of
the Library Cat with a baby bunny “gift?”
- If the library has reason to discipline a patron attending the unfortunate bunny-ending story hour for stating “Well, it looks like the Bunny didn’t
“runaway” after all”?
- If a public meeting has been properly noticed under the Open Meetings Act (OMA) when the notice includes the text: “This meeting is being held in
the Township Board room instead of the Library Meeting Room because of flooding caused by Spring rains, and by the refusal of the previous library board to pay to waterproof the basement?”
