[Michlib-l] Board Meeting Frequency

Hello All, My Board, which currently meets monthly, is considering reducing the frequency of their meeting schedule. For those libraries whose boards meet less than 12 times a year, especially those that meet every other month, could you please share the pros and cons of meeting less often? Thank you in advance!
